Q: Do you come to me? Yes - I come to you. Every consultation is in your home, where I can see the space, the light and how everything sits together.
Q: How long does the process take from consultation to installation? From our first consultation to installation is typical 4-6 weeks. This covers consultation, measure, fabric selection, check measure, manufacturing and installation. I'll give you a clear timeline at our first meeting so you know exactly what to expect.
Q: How much do custom curtains cost? Every project is different depending on the size of your windows, fabric choice and style. What I can tell you is that custom curtains and blinds don't have to cost a fortune - and the difference they make to a room is worth every dollar. The best way to get an accurate idea is to book a free consultation and I'll give you a clear quote with no surprises.
Q: What areas do you service? I am based on the Gold Coast and service all of the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed and surrounding areas. Not sure if I cover your area, just ask.
Q: Do you only do curtains & blinds? Curtains and blinds are my speciality but I also help clients with interior design and styling decisions - particularly during renovations and new builds where you need someone to help everything feel cohesive. Many clients start with window furnishings and end up working with me across the whole home.
Q: What fabrics do you work with? I work with Australia's best fabric houses and carry a wide range of linens, linen blend sheers, blockouts and light filtering fabrics. If you have a specific fabric in mind that I don't carry, I can source it for you - all of my curtains and blinds are bespoke.
Q: Why work with h&co instead of a large showroom? When you work with a large showroom, you deal with a sales rep who hands you over to someone else to measure, install etc. With h&co, you work directly with me at every stage. I try to attend installations with my professional installer.
