Refund Policy

1. FAULTY GOODS

Should an item be deemed faulty, a replacement will be issued upon return of the item to H&Co. Returns will only be accepted where the goods are in their original packaging and remain at the original place of delivery. In circumstances where the same product is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue and may be applied to future purchases of similar value. No credit will be issued for freight or associated delivery charges. Replacement goods will be delivered to the original address provided at the time of purchase. In the event that a replacement cannot be supplied, H&Co will endeavour to provide an appropriate alternative or otherwise reach a satisfactory resolution with the customer.

2. BATCH VARIATIONS

Many H&Co products are handcrafted or produced in limited batches. As a result, variations in finish, colour, texture, grain, paint tone, and hardware may naturally occur between items or production runs. These variations are considered a feature of the product, reflecting its unique and artisanal character, and do not constitute a fault or defect. H&Co does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the basis of such variations.

3. DAMAGED ITEMS

All claims relating to transit damage or breakage must be reported to H&Co within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Claims lodged outside this period may not be accepted. Where possible, damaged items will be replaced; if a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued. All original packaging must be retained and photographic evidence of the damage provided for assessment. H&Co accepts no liability for any damage or breakage that occurs after goods have been moved from the original delivery location.

4. RETURN POLICY (FAULTY ITEMS)

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind. H&Co cannot be held responsible for natural variations in finish, colour, or size that occur as a result of the product’s inherent materials or handmade production processes. Customers are encouraged to confirm any critical finish, colour, or size details with our sales team prior to purchase if these characteristics are essential to their project.
