Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING RATES
Freight charges are automatically calculated at the checkout for most items ordered. While these rates are accurate in most instances, certain deliveries may incur higher shipping costs than the estimate shown at checkout. In such cases, H&Co reserves the right to request additional freight payment prior to dispatch.

2. FREIGHT & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers located in Tasmania, the Northern Territory, Western Australia, or remote regions (including Far North Queensland and rural Eastern states) are requested to select “Collect at Warehouse” at checkout. Our team will subsequently provide a subsidised freight quotation specific to your location.

3. HEAVY OR FRAGILE ITEMS
For items requiring specialised handling, such as those necessitating a tailgate lift or manual assistance, please select “Pick Up at Warehouse” during checkout and provide your complete delivery address and access details in the order notes.

4. DISPATCH TIMES
Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.
Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may vary during periods of high demand or due to product availability.

5. FREIGHT ESTIMATES
All freight charges displayed at checkout are estimates only.
If the actual freight cost exceeds the estimated amount, a revised invoice will be issued and must be paid within seven (7) days of receipt.
Orders will not be dispatched until the full and correct freight amount has been received.

6. DELIVERY NOTES & TRACKING
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to include any delivery instructions, access details, or timing requests in the order notes at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

7. DELIVERY CONSIDERATIONS
If your order is required for a specific installation deadline, please include this information when placing your order.
Customers must also disclose any access considerations such as stairs, narrow doorways, lifts, or restricted entry points to facilitate appropriate delivery planning.

For larger or bulky items requiring removalist assistance, H&co will provide a tailored freight quotation.

8. FREIGHT CHARGE STIPULATIONS

Estimated Charges: Initial freight charges are based on current freight carrier rates and serve as an estimate only.

Re-Invoicing: Should the actual freight charge differ, H&Co will issue a revised invoice for the adjusted cost.

Notification: Customers will be notified of any adjustments prior to dispatch.

Payment Obligation: The purchaser agrees to pay any revised freight charge within seven (7) days of notification.

Acceptance: By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts these freight charge terms.

9. DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Orders are typically dispatched from the H&Co warehouse within seven (7) days of payment, though this may vary during peak periods.
Delivery times will depend on the destination and the nature of the order:

NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT Metro Areas: 3–7 business days

Adelaide, Perth, and Regional Areas: 5–12 business days
For large or delicate items, H&Co may engage a specialist removalist service.
All delivery times are provided as a guide only. h&co accepts no liability for delays beyond our control.

10. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing tracking details from our carrier.
For larger or fragile orders handled by removalists, you will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

11. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the front door of the premises, or kerbside for palletised items.
For bulky or fragile items, h&co offers a professional removalist delivery service that includes scheduling and careful handling. This service does not include unpacking, placement, or rubbish removal.
Additional fees may apply for:

Re-delivery due to missed delivery attempts

Delivery redirection
-
Extra handling or assistance requirements
Such costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid to H&Co before delivery is completed.

12. COLLECTION FROM WAREHOUSE
Orders may be collected from the h&co showroom in the Gold Coast.
If arranging collection through your own freight carrier, h&co accepts no liability for any damage, theft, or loss once the goods have left our premises.
Collections must be booked in advance and are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
h&co's warranty does not cover damages, loss, or theft occurring after goods have left the warehouse.

13. SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All shipments contain valuable goods and require a Proof of Delivery (POD).
If you wish for your order to be left unattended without signature, please specify this in the special instructions box during checkout.
Please note that h&co accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items once delivered under these conditions.

14. MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to the freight depot, and a re-delivery fee will apply. This fee must be paid prior to re-dispatch.

15. CANCELLED ORDERS
If an order is cancelled after shipping has been paid, h&co will not refund the freight charge.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation.
